I didn't want a complicated phone, just one that I could hear when it rang and answer just by flipping it open. Buttons that were large enough for my large fingertips and one that would hold a charge. This phone meets ALL my requirements.

This phone is pretty nice. The first thing I will note about it is that it is a really bright red. You could easily spot this phone a mile away. The next thing I will say about it is that the battery life is pretty good for a flip 2g phone. You could easily get two to three days on one full charge easy depending on the usage. The 2g part is a nice thing to have unfortunately because of the new demand of websites and such. The 2g part honestly just does not cut it anymore. The phone cannot handle the speeds or loading. You can check small things like your email and such but other than that you are not getting much out of the phone. The keys are pretty nice and the front camera is what you expect it to be. You are looking at taking pictures at low quality unfortunately. I would say you are taking a picture with a low quality flash camera. The sound on this device is a bit low. I do not really hear it when I have it in my pocket but there is a nice SOS feature on the outside. The device will send a text message to people on the list (that you setup) and state you are in trouble or need help. This is great for if you are unable to open your phone. It will automatically send the text. The flash light on this phone is really low. Even with two led lights you can actually hardly see with this. You have to get within about three inches of where you want to see just to get good enough light. The device does support two sim cards which can be good for when you are traveling. The micro SD card can be put in as well although it can be hard to spot as there is a piece of plastic over the micro SD card slot that makes you think it is too small but you can slide it under. This device also will only be useful for if you are utilizing T mobile in the states. It will not work with any other provider unfortunately. It does come with standard headphone which are pretty low in quality. The plastic is very flimsy and I feel the wires will wear down fast. It does use a standard micro usb cable for charging and a full charge is about three hours but can last several days depending on usage. Overall the device is okay, but there are too many features that do not make this the best phone. There are limitations on carriers, the sound is low, the led lights are very low; however, it does have a good SOS system and there material on the outside is pretty well built (except with red you may notice scratches)

I bought this phone for my wife who has Alzheimer's and can't figure out smart phones. Almost every time I call her, she cannot hear me and hangs up. Also, many times when she calls me, I cannot hear her. When we finally do get through, she complains that she was yelling at top of her lungs and I could not hear her. Don't buy this phone unless your hearing is perfect.

This phone was advertised as being unlocked on T-Mobile. My carrier uses the T-Mobile network, however the phone did not work and when I went to T-Mobile they wanted to charge me $40.00 and could not guarantee that it would work. Only purchase if you are an actual T-Mobile customer. The phone itself looks nice but I can't say how it works.

Complete piece of crap. Lasted 41 days and stop working screen black, and of course their return policy is 30 days

I was unable to use this phone for T mobile, so I couldn't say anything about sound quality, although this phone looks very nice.
