This product was great for the price. I was worried about ordering when I saw some of the reviews, but I made sure to put it in the freezer upside down and it worked brilliantly!

The ice cream maker was great . It made ice cream instantly. However had a few problems when it came to putting different things as it did not always turn out great leaving me with melted cream.

Froze for a day, wasn’t cold enough. Used exact measurements. It wouldn’t freeze enough to roll. Scrapers are useless too. Then I froze for a week, it felt colder. Still wouldn’t freeze. Useless. Very disappointed as was a present for my daughter

I was excited to receive the product , however my kids haven’t made much use of it..I think when summer comes they will get more of a use out of it

It is brilliant worked great and my kids loved it definitely worth the price!

This does not get cold enough, i have tried so many different ice mixes it simply will not freeze. Tried temp as low as -20 and still nothing.

My granddaughters loved the ice cream maker. We have had lots of fun as a family with this.

the instant ice cream maker is FABULOUS - - and my one query was quickly answered when I sent a message. After purchasing the unit the package itself did not contain instructions related to amount and proportions to use in making the instant roll ice cream. the first time I made it - way too sweet. However with info from vender on proportions - YUM. (I was not able to find on line good info on proportions either. ALSO - I would like to see other recipes such as sorbets utilizing this unit. thanks for making such a good product - - my grand children love it !!!!

Did not like. It does not get cold enough to roll. Even though we put it in the deep freeze for 2 days. It just made the cream be like a milkshake

There were no instructions included with product which would specify how much cream or how much Sweetened condensed milk. After researching online we use 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk to 1/2 cup heavy cream. It is extremely difficult to get rolled ice cream. Even after several attempts we have only achieved a couple.

The media could not be loaded.  Waste my time and money on this! Food is too expensive for me to have wasted buying things to make ice cream for an item that didn't work. It said freeze for 24 hours, I froze it over that time. I was hopeful when I removed it from the freezer and saw ice crystals form on it. Spent an hour messing with it, still no ice cream! I was so excited about this item when I bought it. My daughter and I were so looking forward to making ice cream with it. Bought all the ingredients, which were not cheap, and ended up with nothing! But all was not lost! I just threw the ingredients in a bowl, and put it in the freezer! One way or another I'm getting ice cream! This is going back as fast as I can send it! Might be better off investing in an electric ice cream roller.
