Great heater ,very quite heats up instantly .My room is 10ft by 15ft .Heats up to 70"in about 5 min....modes it has are great ....a video attached to advertisement to set up timers would be really helpfull. However the instruction booklet is detailed you dont have to go online to read a full booklet The only drawbacks on this unit is the heat temperature only goes in 5 deg increments.The hrs only go in full hrs no half hrs or minutes are programmed into the unit ...That's a pretty big one for me(I wouldnt have purchased unit if that was made clear somewhere .This draw back us not listed on the site or in instruction manual...Outside of that it's a great little unit .Little over 2ft high.... very light Remote is not the best quality or size be very careful with it .Illustration does not give accurate correlation to actual size 3inch by 2 inch I'm going to see if they sell them separately and buy a spare .....Battery is inside of remote when you get it

I was excite to use this heater once it arrived! It was freezing in our living since our heated ceiling stopped working. I needed something to heat up our large livingroom fast! This tower heater exceeded my expectations. I was amazed at how quiet it is, even on it's max setting. It started blowing heat in about a minute, and our large livingroom was heated completely in about an hour! We currently have a cement slab in our livingroom, and this little heater has still been able to keep our livingroom at an ideal temperate. Sometimes it even gets so warm we have to turn it off for a while. I'm very happy with this purchase. This heater has been worth every penny! Our electricity bill hasn't drastically changed, and we run this heater every evening until we go to bed. It typically runs for 6 hours every evening, and we're very happy with it's low cost energy efficiency. I love that it has internal rotating blades, and it's functionality: you can lie it down or stand it up as a tower. Overall, it's super convenient, and it's size makes it easy to place anywhere in our livingroom. I also love filter on the backside of the heater: it keeps the heater from clogging up with dust and fur (if you have fur babies). It's definitely convenient to be able to clean it so easily: it helps to maintain it's ability to function at optimal levels. I'm sure this heater will last longer than other tower heaters I've previously owned. Lastly, the remote works well, and it even works from the opposite end of our livingroom. In conclusion, you won't be disappointed once you experience this surprisingly quiet, energy saving, fast heating, and powerful ceramic heater. I highly recommend purchasing this heater!!!

It's quiet, sleek, efficient and I love it, BUT the timer is not a clock where you set it to come on/off at a certain time of day. It's one you have to set every night and can only set when the unit is off (you set it to come back on in X number of hours). Sadly - have to return it.

The timer and thermostat are broken. I cannot set the heater to start or stop. Regardless of what I set the time to it stops in exactly one minute. And the thermostat does NOT function at all. I like all the stuff the heater is supposed to do, but unfortunately it doesn't work as advertised. I'm returning it tonight.It also looks like all the positive reviews, or at least some are fake. I know our educational system isn't the best in the world but the grammar, punctuation and context are often incorrect in an abundance of the positive reviews. Buyer beware, especially of the reviews.

Very powerful little heater. The remote is nice too. I haven't gotten much use out of the auto off-on feature, as the temperature reading on the device doesn't seem very accurate, and you can only change the degrees by 5 at a time (so if you like it at 68 for example, tough luck). The timer only lets you set it for 30 minute intervals too, which is limiting. Sometimes I just want it on for a short time, like 15 minutes. Still, I'm very happy with its heat, how quiet it is, and the build quality, especially at this price. I've knocked it over a few times and it still works like new.

This heater was inadequate for a large room. Standing directly in front of it was not warming. It’s attractive, but ineffective for my needs.

Heater works great for my needs in a cold office. Runs at a very low hum. Good value for the price.I actually had an issue at first when I received the heater (a high-pitched continuous whining noise while running), but emailed customer support and sent them a video of the problem for reference. They quickly sent me a replacement heater at no cost. When I experienced the same issues with the new heater, I realized it was a problem with the surge protector I had been plugging it into. Once I plugged the heater into a wall outlet, both the replacement heater and original heater worked great.The only downside to the heater so far is that I expected it to be more silver/grey than white. Some of the pictures don't really adequately represent that it's a black and white unit.Good experience overall.

My aging California apartment lacks central heating so I've been waking up to after winter overnights in the 40°-50°F's to a slightly chilly room. This guy helps immensely! Puts out sufficient heat to warm up my little 150sqft bedroom or 250sqft living room within 30 minutes or so. I don't expect it to heat the whole apartment or tackle subzero temps, but I'm not testing its upper limits -- for my limited use it does the trick.The outer chassis stays cool during use; it's small and stylishly sleek; and lightweight enough to quickly move from room to room – and affordable enough that I'm considering buying another to keep in the other room.The timer element is nice and simple – you can set it to turn off in a couple hours if you don't want it running all day; or if it's off you can set it to turn on in X hours before you wake up or come home. But this only works one way or the other... you can't program ongoing timers, and it only programs in whole hours, not minutes. Might be the only knock I have on it so far.
