I Love It!
I got this to go with my built-in Bontrager Duotrap S cadence and speed sensors. I got tired of mounting my phone on my handlebars just to see my speed, and this fit the bill. I also bought the separate out front mount because it looks a lot better than mounting directly on the bars.So far, it works great. In addition to displaying my speed, distance, cadence, it also shows temperature, time, and % of grade you're riding on. It will show this info as current, max, and average-- you can choose on the fly. Also, of course, it saves a map of where you've ridden, but you can't see the map on the unit. All of this gets saved in a standard *.fit file (if you initiate recording at the start of the ride) which can be uploaded to sites like Strava where all the data including a map of your ride is available for analysis. I am also thinking about buying the $38 heart rate monitor... this will also get saved in the .fit file and appear on Strava. If you don't initiate recording on the unit, it will work as a simple instrument cluster ... it shows all the data while you ride, but there's no data to analyze later. There are two ways to sync with Strava. You can plug the thing into your computer via USB (which you need to do occasionally to charge it anyway). When you do that, it appears as a USB drive with the files in it... you can then upload the files manually to the Strava website. (The Strava website has an "upload activity" function). The other way is to connect the unit to your phone via Bluetooth. Doing this requires you to install the iGPSport app. You then cause the app to sync the files with the phone, and then the app on the phone automatically uploads the files to Strava. This may be the slicker way to get your rides uploaded for analysis, except that the app requires you to go through a search/connection process every. single. time. So it's clunky and a bit dumb-- but, on the other hand, the unit will save many day's worth of files, so you don't have to do this all that often. I'd say it's not a big deal. But I do hope iGPSport makes their iPhone app a little smarter. As for build quality, the unit seems very solid and professional. I have no doubt that the claimed waterproofness is accurate. Since the price is so much lower than the name brands, you might expect to get something that is a little toy-like or cheap. It's not. This thing feels great in the hand.Visibility is also great. I ride with glasses on, and the glasses make reading things close to me difficult. But I have no problem reading this.Ultimately, I'm very satisfied. I wasn't sure because there are few reviews, and very few Youtube videos in English. I can tell you that this is the real deal, not a cheap piece of disposable junk, and I'm pretty sure that as long as you have the ANT+ sensors to go with this thing, you'll be happy with it. Feel free to ask any questions and I'll answer if I can.Edit #2: Taking off a star because the unit froze 2.5 miles into my commute this morning. This makes the thing dead weight... worse than useless. If it keeps freezing, I'll be back. But I hope it was a one time thing.Edit #3 I'm putting that star back on. Whatever happened that time never happened again. I have now ridden 500 miles with it. I love how it knows if it's dark out and automagically turns on the discreet but functional back light. At this point, I don't regret at all not buying a more expensive name brand unit. This thing works great. It never fails to pick up my sensors... speed, cadence, and heart rate. The thermometer seems accurate enough and it's great to have that data with the ride. I don't have power meters, but I have no doubt they would work fine with this. This is one of those rare things where I took the inexpensive route and don't regret it for a second.Edit #4. THEY FIXED THE APP! The app (at least on iPhone-- I don't have Android) now makes sense and syncs effortlessly. Major update, Way to go IGPSport!

Poor manufacturing quality control!
Out of the box, the screen has a huge bubble right through the middle. Definitely a quality control issue, shipping something that wasn't put together properly is irresponsible. Really unhappy, I probably have to pay to ship the thing back which is going to make me really unhappy.UPDATE: OK, so the original unit wasn't manufactured properly, it happens. But upon receiving the replacement unit, I am completely happy with the device (and Amazon's customer service!). The GPS is accurate (seems better than my phone which now can be used as a phone again), the Android App is easy and works every time, the iGPSPort website needs some work but the device is awesome. It picked up all my sensors, its easy to read in bright sunlight, battery lasts at least 30hours, data outputs from the device to the website are compatible with just about everybody's software out there. For $90, it beats just about every other device over $200, and many of those need your phone tethered to pickup the GPS and other telemetry. Unless you really need a super high end bike computer, this one is a deal. I use the .fit or .gpx file output from the iGS50E with Garmin VIRB video software to record data and playback video of my rides with all the telemetry overlays in the video.

Good basic computer for the price
For the price, it does the things I wanted. I just really want to track distance and speed. It has a reading for grade and elevation but I found both not exactly accurate. My husband has a Garmin and my elevation was much lower than his riding the same ride. Mph can be iffy in the shade. It keeps tracking distance and time so I assume it all works out in the end. Instructions are pretty good but we were left wondering how to save the ride. Hint: turn it off. Bring it back up and open your app and go to sync and it uploads. It’s nice that it stops recording automatically when you stop. You can pause it as well but it’s not necessary. I found the battery life eh. 5 hrs and it’s already 2/3’s so I wonder about the 20 hrs. Not a big deal as it charges pretty quickly. It connects on your phone to the company app and you can connect stava to it and it will automatically carry your stats over to strava. Easier to read as the app only seems to do metric. I understand the web page will convert but I use Strava for analysis so it’s not a deal breaker . Overall it is a good off brand GPS for the price.

I did not like it at first
I use the computer for a while before writing a review as I did not like the computer when I start using. I had some problem to get a reading from the heart rate and cadence at the same time until I figure it out. The computer is working fine, it might be small for some people. The computer holder that come with it is not the greatest, you have to order the separate cadence and heart rate (lost 1 star) so I have order the upgrade holder. The regular works but it is not very practical so be prepare to spend extra money. It is accurate as I have checked it with GPS and another computer. Battery last quite a long time, you have to charge it thru a USB cable so this could be very annoying if you don't have a charger or your laptop is not close and available. I am happy with my purchase. I recommend but make sure the price is reasonable: I had a rebate when i bought the 3 items.

Won't make you go faster but you'll want to
The computer is easy to install on the handle bars with the included o-rings and locking mount.Set up of the computer is moderately easy, though the instructions are poorly translated into English. If you're tech inclined it's honestly not hard to figure it out. I did not try to use the phone app because of some security concerns. It is not necessary to use the app though.Syncing to Strava can be done by uploading the .fit files from the desktop website. Very easy. The GPS is pretty accurate, though sometimes the unit takes some time to find a signal even outside in open sky. Speed and distance can be tracked by GPS, but of you use an ANT+ speed sensor you can track distance and speed without a GPS signal. Make sure you set your tire circumference correctly on the computer or you'll get incorrect data.

Mon vieux Cat Eye a durer 16 ans.

Almost perfect for the price
Like this computer a lot for the price it costs.Pros: price of course, fraction of the competition. Has simple system to record and if you have all sensors it's fun. Connects with all in seconds. The button functions once you learn they work perfect and the information on the 3rd screen is all you need to keep control of performance on the ride. Also once the app uploads the data from the computer (look at the cons), if you have strava connected it uploads in seconds.Cons: unfortunately the same app that uploads everything to strava, has glitches to upload the data from the computer, takes patience and the longer the ride, more time it takes to upload, sometimes a few minutes to upload 500kb worth of data. Also it doesn't seem to be that waterproof, one day fell a drop of cold water at the monitor that instantly became foggy. Also bot sure about the information of security, he app is in Chinese and it's Chinese brand

It arrived, it works and .....
.....all my tries with "other solutions" were just a waste of time. The parcel arrived right on time, getting it mounted on the bike was a breeze; it's mounted on the stem, easy to read and easy to reach. Pairing it with the Garmin Cadence 2 work on the first try, then it was off on a short spin on our hilly 1.5 k loop. Reads the grade right from the start, same for the cadence. No muss ... no fuss and the results look accurate. Now it's charging and the real test will be tomorrow's 40k ride.More on that to follow. The missing star? Has to wait for tomorrow's ride. BTW what's the "thickness" quality asking for?Took it for that 40 kilometre ride, everything required in plain sight. Very minimal latency on the grades/climbs, the elevation data is spot on, the distances are correct. On that plain sight; it should get even better when the "iGPSPORT Out-Front Bike Mount" arrives; the less distraction from traffic and road conditions the better.Exporting the FIT files to the computer is easy and opening them with "whatever" program is no problem. That one still missing star? The user manual could definitely do with a re-write and expanded content e.g. explaining what precise functions the different screens have while riding and some of the icons could be larger, especially the record/pause icon!Other than that it's very big bang for the buck, especially when on a "limited time" deal. :)PS the "Map type: street" bullet point is incorrect! This unit does not display a map!
