The media could not be loaded.  Picked up a Sony TC-WE475. Everything worked except the rewind and fast forward. Found a YT video that showed how to change the bands. After installing the bands everything works perfectly! New life.

I ordered these belts to replace belts in my Sony dual cassette deck that had deteriorated from age. Installed the belts was a bit of a challenge, but thanks to YouTube, I had instructions. When done both cassette drives worked perfectly.

Some disassembly required! End result was that my dual cassette deck player/recorder was working like new after installing these new belts. The old ones had turned gummy, broke and spun up on the drive motor pulley. Removed all traces of the old belts, cleaned the surfaces with isopropyl alcohol including the capstan and roller, installed the belts and we were back in business.

Got my deck going again!

PERFECT! Got the old tape deck running like new again. Replacing is a bit involved but totally do-able if you have any experience at all working on electronic things.

installed them but they were a bit loose. In one of the trials, the deck encountered an error when it tried to autostop. got another set somewhere else and saw the difference.
