MY NEW QUICHE DISH
I bought this dish along with a tub of ceramic beads to start to make my home made quiches- which I previously always bought from the super market. It's a good / handy size and does the job perfectly, I live alone and so gives me some kind creative to do with my time. Neil H.

Not great for a bread loaf (my mistake)
This is my fault really but when I read 'loaf tin' I assumed bread and it's really meant for cake.It's robust and really is very non stick making bread easy to turn out but, it's shallow meaning even with a good rise you get a bit of a flat loaf.I should really pay more attention.
