Was really quite surprised at how well this little gizmo worked. For under $25 this WiFi extender/repeater can widen your Wifi signal range by a good deal. We notice if we are out on our back patio that our phones or tablets definitely drop in signal strength a bit. The Enod extender solves that problem in just a few minutes. Basically just plug it into an outlet and then on your laptop you go to the network icon in the lower right corner. Look for the connection that says "wireless N" and click connect. Go the the IP address provided in the instructions in your web browser.There are different modes you can configure it to. If using as an extender/repeater choose that mode from the list of choices. Configuration is a bit wonky I found. I had to reset the unit a couple of times to get it right but once i did it was all set. Now we can take the extender outside. Plug it into one of our outdoor outlets in the garage and get a stronger signal than before. What's great is even if you unplug the unit there is no need to reconfigure it again. It will be saved. It works quite well and a nice bargain. Like I said once you get past some minor annoyance with the intial configuration it works just great and I would heartily recommend.I was provided a sample for my honest review
