The Megaflo cold water combination valve I bought for a 25 year old system was correctly described and it slotted in without the need to alter the pipe work. Excellent service.

I have just fitted this. The old valve had failed gradually so that our hot water had reduced to a trickle. This fitted very easily as it has the same connections and spacing as the old valve, so I was able just to unscrew the old one, clean the olives and tape the threads then screw this into the existing fittings. With draining the system it took about an hour - you can fit this in just a few minutes. Do buy the two parts together - the 3 bar regulator and the 8 bar pressure relief valve. They are designed to screw together and these regulators do have a finite life.Our hot water is now back to normal - I had forgotten how good our showers used to be.

Arrived nice and fast, which was good as I'd tried to manually clean my old one that had survived 19 years, but refused to work again after I reinstalled it. Took 10 minutes to install the new one, which although is a new design compared to the old one, installed on to the exact same pipework with no changes necessary. We're now back to what feels like a furious 3 bar pressure, which is astounding in itself as we'd slowly got used to our pressure having crept down to 0.5 bar.
