This cream stung my son's back so much he cried. Unusable and not covered by Amazon return policy apparently.

It does what it says
To cool my wrist after operation I fell and shattered my wrist I have a plate in I was allergic to most of the dressings and my skin was hot and pealing like a new potato so I decided to try this best thing I did. Brilliant.
