Should have been much better
The cushioning seems fine, though I still need to place a pillow below my upper legs as the slope is too sharp to be comfortable. Other wedge cushions probably have the same problem.Two issues with this particular brand - the colour of the cover is mostly white (my own fault for choosing it) - which would always be a challenge to maintain. However, the biggest problem I have with this cushion is the incredible pilling of the outer case. By the 2nd day of use, it was starting to pill. The picture is after 7 days of use.I chose Dr Trust as I was familiar with the brand, unlike some of the other brands available. I have to say I'm disappointed.

Arrived with broken zipper
The media could not be loaded. Product is excellent quality.It was not in original packaging but came in a plain plastic bag. I opened it and immediately found that the zipper if the cover is broken.Very sad as I was really looking forward to using this orthopedic pillow.

Best in class comforting
The elevation provided by the pillow is just perfect to make sure your legs rest well. I had been finding such a product for a long time. Used for 1 night but can see the results already.
