This worked out well but the directions are horrible. Find a video walk through of how to put together and you will be fine. After putting to together these worked out to be great. I placed a cargo basket on top of them then about another 70 pounds and no problems at all.

Update! Didn’t hold up. Paint is peeling. I know it’s cheap but I expected to get longer out of it.I have a Yakima wind shield on the front that I doubt would hold up in a car wash. This mounting I take off and put on within 60 seconds.I go to the car wash and I unlocked the driver side just a little. That allows me to remove and place in my trunk. I go through the car wash and then I’m able to connect the passenger side and tighten on the driver side within seconds. I eye ball where the feet line up in my sunroof and it’s done.Its low profile is nice. Very sturdy. For the price I’d buy it again

I drive very rough roads daily and these roof bars hold well.

The directions skip are ambiguous and skip entire steps. Not all tools are included. I spent 90-120 minutes in a Lowe’s parking lot trying to get this assembled and tight on my car. But, now that it’s on, it works well enough—no trouble carrying around my 120 pound rooftop tent everyday.
