Q: Which drop down option would I select for Men's size 9? This is so confusing

I needed a girl's size 10 so I ordered a size 8 and it fit her perfectly. I believe that since you need a men's size 9 then your order a size 9. They say to drop down 2 sizes for women because these are universal shoes.
