I’m impressed with this company. The l reuteri comes in a dark glass jar. It was delivered by FEDEX and triple bubble wrapped. It’s just clean, pure with nothing else. Yes, pricey but if you intend to make yogurt, it’ll last for months or years. Looking forward to the best “yogurt”!

The Follow Up to my First Review:Firstly, I must say I appreciate George's Excellent. Professional and responsive customer service. He represents this company very well with integrity--which is (unfortunately) lacking for many businesses I've had to deal with-both large and small. That being said, I am a customer with no affiliation with this company whatsoever, hence this updated review comes from my personal experience with the product; this is not medical and/or professional advice. I highly recommend that prospective buyers do an in depth research on Probiotic supplements and possibly consult with your healthcare professional (prior to purchasing and usage) This is a very potent product-- As a result, only a very small amount may be suited for your situation (may be even less than recommended dosage). Additionally, (imo) if you're new to this sort of supplement, it may be better to proceed gradually to allow ones body to slowly adjust accordingly.Again, I encourage everyone to do your own research on Probiotics--I know more about Probiotics now than I knew prior to purchasing, and found that this may not have been suited for me; hence the extreme reactions. Very unfortunate and sad.

#2 UPDATE: I received my new bottle of L Reuteri today. The contents are very soft and loose. I will make sure that it is kept sealed tightly. The seller contacted me and did say that having it as a loose powder was their way of assuring potency and correct dosing using the mini spoons that come with the bottle. He also explained that having it in capsule form would generally means having to add fillers which I know is true of my compounded thyroid medication and they want to avoid using fillers, which makes perfect sense. I am please with the Seller's response and look forward to using the product again.UPDATE on BELOW REVIEW: After reading my review, the Seller reached out to me and will replace the product for me.. I greatly appreciate their willingness to reach out and replace. I do believe this is a great product after researching before I purchased it in the first place, so this appears to be just one of those things. I hope other people will give it a try. I learned that capsule form requires "fillers" which I certainly would prefer not having. Thanks again to the Seller. ORIGINAL .I purchased these and after a couple of days. It is a very fine powder in consistency. Even though the bottle was closed well, and not in a wet location, I notice it was started to become hard after a couple of days. i put in a food-safe moisture packet to see if I could keep it from getting harder, but no luck! I am now having to scrape it (which is difficult in the small bottle) to get the 1/4 tsp to mix in the water. It is so solid that it is frustrating and I am trying to figure out how to get it out of the bottle so I can "grind" it up!My recommendation is that this product should have come with a moisture packet in it or in capsule form. I am not really happy with it and would not purchase this product again.
