Cute and perfect size
I got this little pot to go with my drip system for my coffee. It's perfect. It looks great and the handle stays cool while hot liquids are in it. The top get toasty though and need a barrier when taking it off while/right after having hot liquids in it. I love this little pot!

Stovetop safe
We've used this several times now, both boiling water in a separate tea kettle and using it directly on the stovetop. Holds heat very well, much better than a stainless steel kettle plus it's GORGEOUS! Yes it's small, it's meant for 3oz cups, which is why we use a kettle to heat a larger amount of water, then transfer to this pretty pot. The tiny spout really aerates the tea or coffee for a lovely and delightful cuppa.

A decent cuppa & adds character to any coffee bar
Out of the box: Very pleased with the look. The Copper is a good color, it has the perfect aged look. it has nice character.Honestly, I bought this kettle mostly for the look. I thought it would look great on display in my coffee bar.I wasn't really even sure how to use it. So I looked it up and then I tried it out.Ok, so there is a whole technique to using this thing or any pour over kettle. After watching a couple of videos from baristas I think I got it.I have an electric stove (works the same on gas). Sit it right on top of one of the eyes. When it has reached boiling point it shoots steam out of the the spout and the tiny hole in the lid (which some baristas use to insert a thermometer, in case you didn't know, I admit, I didn't). Don't expect it to whistle. It's a small kettle, a little bit bigger than the mug you plan to drink out of. It holds enough water for 2 cups, but, filling the water too high passed the dot on the inside, causes not just steam to shoot out of the spout, so does water. You don't actually put tea/coffee in the kettle itself. It is solely for the use of boiling water & just like the title says pouring the water over the coffee grounds/loose leaf tea (you'll need a filter). The goose neck spout allows for very specific pouring. The kettle is light in weight, making it easy to handle when hot. It holds the heat well. And honestly if you get the technique right, it aids in a pretty good cup of coffee/espresso allowing a lot of the flavors to come out.Having used a couple of times, the kettle hasn't burned on the bottom as of yet.The ConsThe handle is very thin and has no rubber gripping or anything like that, however it does have a little lip that turns up on the end of the handle which allows you to rest your hand on. And if you have big, or fat hands, due to the thinness of the handle, you might find holding it a little uncomfortable, your knuckles might touch the kettle or get pretty close. You will feel the emanating heat very strong. (you might need a pot holder when handling). Its a little hard to get in there with a brush or sponge to just wipe it out. There are a couple of water spots on the inside now. Also a pour over kettle is not a necessity for a good cup of coffee, there are certainly other methods of getting a good cup of coffee. However, if you're into all the gadgetry & chemistry of coffee making then I would say go for it. Do you need this pour over kettle specifically? NO.... But it will add character to your collection.

The way it looks
I thought it would be more of a cooper look. The top is but the rest isn’t. It will work because I will decorate with it. I won’t use it for a tea kettle.

Perfect Nozzle.
I love how the nozzle allows me to pour evenly over my coffee grinds. Perfect portion for a full cup of tea or coffee.

A lot smaller than I expected
Sister in-law asked for one for Christmas, so I ordered it, thinking it would be bigger, especially for $25. It's cute, pretty good quality, just a lot smaller then I thought it would be!! About the size of a soda can lol. It's kinda silly, might hold enough water for one cup of tea or coffee. If you're looking for a small kettle it's perfect, but heads up to ppl that want something bigger.
