Omg, works great! I had a fall, this tens unit helped with the pain for sure! It definitely helped me get back to 100%. I found it easy to use, has different settings, comes with several different types of pads, portable with a carrying pouch.

I'm not new to TENS. Whenever I go to a physical therapy appointment or see my chiropractor, I get a TENS session. It's great for releasing tension in super tight muscles in my back. TENS uses a kind of electric current that is safe and stimulates the muscles to release tension. I love it.When I learned you could get portable versions to use at home, my chiropractor recommended one to me. That was my first at home device. This one is my latest. Even smaller and sleeker than the one I had before.This TENS unit is portable, super light and powerful. I use my favorite setting and turn it up to the highest strength that is comfortable for me. Very effective at reducing tension in my tight back muscles. I've even used it on my thighs before.I also love that it's rechargeable, which means no plugging into a power socket. And it's smaller than a cell phone. So i can tuck it into my pocket and be up and about while it does it's thing. I don't have to lie around tethered to a power plug! It also comes with a variety of pad sizes, and two sets of wires, so you can have 2 or 4 pads going at once. It's a great little device and the price is right!

Just received and only used a couple times. Worked well, effective. PT approved. However, really small. Screen small a bit difficult to read, small buttons. easy to use once you overcome the size adjustment. I think I'll keep it.

I’ve only used it once for about an hour. I bought it in hopes it would help with my carpal tunnel.I’m really shocked (no pun intended) on how strong and small this is. Really nice packaging, everything sealed and new. Comes with a carrying bag too. Very easy to use after a quick read through directions.It may be too early to really tell but I have to say I did get some relief. Has over six different settings and it really packs a charge in the highest setting. For just under $30.00 I’m giving this 5 stars and a must buy. As a bonus it has extra pads so you can really cover any area that’s needed and you can actually use it with some one else since it has the extra pads and inputs on the unit. It also comes with a charger and wire. The unit is rechargeable and the display is bright and clear showing all settings and battery life.Definitely worth the price. I’m giving this a strong buy recommendation.

First off, I mistakenly ordered this device. I searched for TENS units and then began my search like I usually do: scanning the reviews and price and availability on Prime. This unit ticked all the boxes, so I read the reviews and didn't pay enough attention to the actual product listing. So, I ended up with this little ElectroTherapy massager.With such great reviews with people talking about knee pain relief I figured I'd at least give it a try. The instructions are easy enough to follow, and once you get it adjusted to a setting that feels good to you, you can set the timer and lock the screen.I have two bad knees and this device has two leads that enable me to put electrodes on both knees comfortably. I used it for an hour the night it arrived and immediately got relief. I decided to hold off using it again until the next morning to see if it caused and muscle soreness or other adverse effect. Nothing. So I wore it all day yesterday and used it on and off for a few hours throughout the day. I walked all through Costco with no discomfort. Usually a Costco trip sends me to bed or the recliner to get me legs up and recuperate. Not yesterday. I came home and made pizza and some desserts. Oh, and this is all without pain relievers. I had been taking ibuprofen as much and as often as deemed medically safe, but I knew doing that day after day had to be wreaking havocwith my liver. I have not had one ibuprofen since this little guy arrived.It comes with plenty of electrode pads, but since I intend to use it regularly for the foreseeable future, I need to order more pads. Here's to happy accidents!
