I have Achilles tendonitis in my left ankle, and nothing was helping much. Getting an orthotic, using a heel lift (Skyfoot) WITH the orthotic, Ankle exercises, etc. I could walk, but after a few minutes, I would start limping with pain. I decided to try this, and within a week my pain was greatly reduced. I also started adding 1 scoop of Orgain Collagen Peptides into my coffee each morning, but I think this is the thing that made the most difference. It's still not 100%, but I went from not being able to walk more than a few blocks without pain, to being able to walk about a mile without pain. And when the pain does come back it's not nearly as bad. It's also cost efficient when compared to collagen peptides (20 servings for about $20-30 vs 90 servings for about $35). I've only done 50 out of the 90 days, so I look forward to increased pain relief as I get through the bottle. I'll update after day 90.

Great value for money

I really like this brand. I use a couple of their products along with thorne brands. This is an unique supplement. I had a severe muscle & tendon injury recently. Well, i think it is helpful it could be better. i think if they could offer marine (salmon) collagen which would be superior ingredient compare to animal bovine. marine collagen tends to have higher amounts of types I and III while bovine collagen tends to have higher levels of type II. Plus, this is not hydrolyzed bovine. However, it is grass fed. Price is right one .44 cent per pill a day i think that is great and simple. I'm doing other hands on care for my muscle injury so it is not this supplement alone that helps. I plan to try salmon collagen (4 pills a day). Since this is 3 month supply bottle any collagen is safe to use up to 6 months.

Didn't help my knee or elbow discomfort at all, thought it was the same as BPC-157 because it came up when I did the search.

I have been taking for 3 weeks now and am quite stunned at the results. I have had a bum knee for years that kept "Catching" It felt like a tendon or ligament kept getting stuck. It would eventually let go, but always come back. Since starting this supplement, the catching has completely stopped!! I am truly amazed.

Very good product, it worked for me much better than Ligaplex. And it's cheaper too!
