I am a 69-year-old female. I have been taking this cod liver oil (1 teaspoon daily) for more than 5 years. I am told I am a young 69 - I do zumba and barre, leg press 120 pounds and so on. I started taking this supplement as a means to increase my bone strength as I have celiac disease.I believe with all of my heart that this habit of taking cod liver oil is what keeps me off of prescription medications.The taste is good and easy to swallow.

I've been taking this every morning and once I go back to my Optomologist in a few months I'll ask if there's been any improvement. I'm hoping for the best since my doctor recommended this product. By the way it tastes great 👍 The lemon flavor really makes a difference in the taste.

Product is high quality and packed with care. This company bottles in GLASS and each bottle is individually boxed for extra protection. Comes in handy when your driver drops the shipping box accidentally. Saw the whole thing on my doorbell camera. No damage done.

Taste is not horrible as I originally thought it would, I would say smooth and palatable!Seems to be effective at least from a stack perspective (taken with K2 etc.) Do not overdose however as you will feel the effect very quickly!
