Excellent pan exactly as per the description, just the right size and weight, lid perfectly fits the pan, retains steam, helps cook faster. Easy to lift and wash, handle and knob are very nicely fitted and do not loosen even after using and washing multiple times. It's a great purchase, after reviewing and comparing at least 20 and returning 1.

The pan is quite good, I use it to cook three meal in a day. In the morning, I usually use it to fried eggs and reheat the bread. It’s very easy to clean and non sticky, when when I try to turn over the eggs, it’s quite easy for me to do that.Step to make my sandwich:Materials: eggs, bread, olive oil, cheese, spinach1. Heat the pans2. Then I will put two breads on the pan and heat them for a while;3. When the pan comes hot, I just remove the bread and put some olive oil and then put two eggs on it.4. Wait for a while and then turn over the eggs;5.when the egg is ready, put them on the plate and then put the breads back to the pan.6. When the bread is ready, it’s time to put them together. So I will put some cheese on the eggs, and use the heat to let the cheese melt a little bit, and then you can add any foods you like to make the open sandwich .

It’s so heavy - and that’s great! Handle is ultrasoft

All in all it was good, i will update after using it more. Only had 1 tiny denture on the aluminum border of the glass lid and the handle of the lid too as you can see in the pictures, nothing to worry.Good fit, balanced, and heats great. Would recommend.Update: after a few weeks and plenty of dishes made, the non stick is really good, maybe used some oil here and there to do some flips on the pancakes or omelettes but so easy to clean after too. The glass lid and turner are awesome. Staying with the 4 stars.Update: almost 2 years after, 3 to 6 days a week of constant use, the granite is more smooth now but still works perfectly as the first day. Its a bit stained from the food but its still the best frying pan I've had so far.

Perfect size for one person

Okay, this pan does impress me. I have cooked multiple things on it. (eggs, bacon, meats) I'm always skeptical about the hype but honestly it impresses me. It doesn't stick, easy to clean. It's a heavy pan but I have to admit it is even better than I expected. Just follow the instructions for it.

Most non-stick pans I’ve had in the past have lost their non-stickness within about a year of use. With a year of near daily use this one shows no signs of sticking. Does a great job of cooking everything - eggs, fajitas, steak, pancakes. It’s my favorite pan. I’m writing this review because now I’m back on the pan’s page looking to replace my T-fal (t-failure?) pans with others from this brand. Highly recommend - great fry pan.
